You'll notice that I didn't say SPILL. It. Is. NOT I repeat...NOT a oil spill! What it is called is a WELL RUPTURE. A spill is on the surface usually out of a sinking boat... remember Exxon Valdez? Yeah THAT was a spill. However in this case the oil is coming out if the Earth...directly into the ocean. It never made contact with the Oxygen, therefore NOT A FRIGGIN SPILL!


Apparently BP fails at both a oil driller as well as a problem solver.
Ok here is an imaginary and slightly brutal corrective measure, shove BPs money in the hole along with the bodies of the ppl in charge and cover them with cement. Problem solved... jk jk


Heres what SHOULD have happened.

1.Open bypass valves on the drill bit sitting at the bottom. (so far so good At least they did THIS right)
2.Then pump mud into the new openings in the device at the bottom. WITHOUT WAITING to see if it works or not start the junk pumping this will reenforce the temporary mud cap while retaining equal pressure. (Brilliant cocept I know but even the best engineers apparently didn't get this part right. Maybe if they were so DAMN SLOW ABOUT IT, idiots...x.x)
3. Start a concrete dump before the pressure builds to high. AT THE SAME TIME!!! Drop NOT a FUNNEL (If you don't belive me, look at the initial idea behind the "fix" And then look at the first images of them dropping it...That is CLEARLY a FUNNEL for a seconds try) but a sealed sarcophagus on top. (Remember what they did with Chernobyl? Yeah do that here too...)
4. When all that done THEN and ONLY THEN can you start to build relief wells to relieve the pressure build up. And yes. you can even make money off THIS solution.

But hey what do I know? Im only NOT getting paid by the company to NOT come up with solutions that have a profit margin on the end of it. Its not like this technology doesn't already exist...Why would BP have the parts already made? If we can put sattellites into space...why can't we cap a freaking rupture on the bottom of the ocean? Its almost the same kind of environment...only its closer!

Now maybe its just me...but My above suggestion(by suggestion...I mean DO IT!!!!) ...well it seems extraordinarily obvious...
